What makes you think the above files are for arm architecture ? I used oscam emu for MIPS.

If you want to update to latest version download compatible oscam emu from here -> The LATEST OSCAM-EMU FOR VARIOUS PLATFORMS

Replace the new oscam binary with the old version that is in /usr/bin/cam.

Change permissions on new oscam to 755 and reboot.

Rename New Oscam to the old name?
