Turn off subtitles and narrator openatv

Hi guys, can someone please tell me how to turn off subtitles on BBC on Open ATV image (VU Solo2). I've had this before but can't remember how to do it. Been through all menus several times and is driving me crazy. Also how to turn off Narration on all channels. I can do channels separately but seems to come back. Again I've been here before but can't sort it

Subtitles - Menu > Setup > Audio > Subtitle Settings

Narrator - Menu > Setup > Audio :

Audio language selection 1 > English
Prefer AC3 track > Yes
Prefer AC3+ Track > Yes
Prefer audio track stored by service > No

Strange thing this , Audio description on my box has appeared over night , I haven't changed anything and all settings are correct , but audio description remains,.

Hello,

I have a similar problem with Warner TV, since few days, when i am watching the channel (in french the default language for this channel), i get french subtitles, and only for this channel ...
Any idea please ?

I defined the settings for subtitles as advised by MasterG

only on this channel, you may activated subtitutle. On this channel put audio bottom and there is a yellow bottom (subtitutle) and active
