I currently use CSP 0.9.0r219 would there be any great benefit of upgrading to the latest version?

I currently use 0.9.0r38 and have tested the latest 224 and cant see much of a difference

I have used CSP 0.9.0r215..

Don't think it matters too much only for swapping CSP Connectors etc, its better to have CSP types similar as far as I have been told!
