Oscam emu strange problem with dvb api

So i have this strange problem i put in the box in the oscam.config one dvb api file working but don t descrambling the power vu channels i taked down after and power vu working again what is the solution ?? somebody ltle help thx .

i wont to make the all channels working exlusiv the power vu but how ?
