motorized dish help

hi all,I just bought a motor stab...but is going allover the place,I put it on astra 19.2 and I give command to hotbird and the motor is going like 30 deegres west...what is hapening??is on a mutant hd 51 with openatv....

so,the motor is on South 0,on thor 0.8W,but when I put to go on astra 19.2 is going to astra 28.2...
