Problems with hd chanlles on venton eco+

hi guys, i encountered ( from one month) problems of vision on almost hd channels (sd are perfect), audio and video defective also if the dish is ok (i tested with other venton and it's all ok).

i installed egami or openatv but same problem persists. What could i do to solve??

hotbird principally....the same on 16 est...better on astra 19 est...signal is strong (i repeat...all ok with other venton) but hd channels "pixel" not permetting to watching correctly...

no signal problem...free channels are ok..and some hd channel free....some frequency signal 0 (one or two) p.s. also crypted channels sd are ok

not...most of these channels are pixelled..not question of line..uoy hear the audio but the video is green pixelled
