Penthouse HD 9e no entitlements showing in oscam - do i need to activate?

just received penthouse 9e card , using smargo and everything seems to be detecting in oscam but reporting no entitlements on card , do i just need to leave my receiver on to get entitelmets or should it be pre-activated???? have sly setup on same server and thats fine ? , used the config from the oscam files section? any ideas?? cheers guys

Ten i have options of my vu Duo or a TM500 super???? , do i just tune the channel and plug it in????

hi guys , struggled to get in to activate with softcams so got a black viaccess cam , put card in , tune channel and slot into the vu+ duo , surly it should just come on after a while??? (i know its going slightly off topic for oscam sorry?

ten should i see it in the CI section of the cams setup? , how do i know the vu is seeing it??

put it in openbox s9 andin ca it lists :

Slot 1 - viaccess then into menu it says:

Viaccess 1
0/24/99 V1.20 uk

Does that mean its an old cam and not compatible???
