Is it possible..?

I'm almost there, but a family situation came up, so I have unable to complete this experiment...

Anyway on the command prompt, apart from installing ipk files, where it comfirms the file is sucessfully installed.

(opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk )

is it possible to add a command to tell you that the file in question is active ?

Or do yo uhave to look elsewhere ?

I believe so, but I have not the software to the full test yet.

But just thought randomily, is it possible to see that it's all good. Other than when you've installed the .ipk file is there 'command' to see that it's there up & working ?

or is this a silly question ?
