Remove the old ipk file.
Telnet: opkg list_installed
In that list u will find the name of the ipk file and then in telnet: opkg remove picons-dex-transparent-220x132-0.8w-17.03.2019-hdd - v2
Now u put the new ipk file in tmp, then in telnet: opkg install /tmp/*.ipk

Don't know if i can polute your post with my questions, if so, i could ask an admin to delete my reply.
So, i have installed the .ipk all ok... almost... some picons missing (for some channels i have in my favorites) by eg: Discovery Wolrld, PRO 2, PRO X and a few others, also for the discovery hd europe is the discovery showcase hd icon, i can check it all and send you the list.
A big thanks for working on this and keep it updated those picons :)

Here is all DEX nice picons as ServiceName picons so when ever your provider change the referance you still have a working picon
Download the attached file and extract the zip file
then upload the picons to your STBs picon folder.
Usal path is:
/media/usb/picon
But can be
/media/hdd/picon or /usr/share/enigma2/picon

Where is the configuration for SNP picons ?
I mean where i have to configure that the SNP will be the picon "filter"
I have DEX picons, with sref and i keep lose it when the provider change sref... also i'm not able to understand what is "Vhanibal" for the picons... ?
I have BH and OBH on Vu+ satbox.
