Glitching and freezing on premium VM cable channels

Evening everyone,

I have a brand new Dream box 525 with open ATV 6.1 installed, internet is working perfect, brand new splitter box and new coaxial cables and adaptors.

BBC ONE, BBC TWO, ITV, CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5 all work as they should. Unfortunately all other chans such as movies, sports all jump and skip.

Can any recommend a fix ?

If the free channels are fine and its only premium channels, usually its a server problem.

If its a server problem you can`t fix that at your end. Ask them what the issue is.

Look at the log in whatever softcam you use for errors/clues as to what the problem is.

Connect box without splitters and check if there is a difference. Cable that lead to ur house may be old or damaged.

The coaxial lead outside is brand new so I have ruled that out, thanks for your reply can you suggest anything else

could be your splitter, i use a konig splitter works good for me

as master g said, most likely a server problem if your 1-5 are working fine mate
