On jb8a8f8 I write my problems with dm900 sim 2.30. Now I have original bootloader (zImage-rescue-3.14-r0-dm900-20170801.bin) from dreamboxupdate. You can try, but your risk. If your receiver work leave him alone.

Dm900 with OpenAtv 6.1 I just updated through dm900 menu software management and software update and pressed ok after update complete my dm900 and take 5 mints of first boot than it on after I see tuner empty and just I replaced lip/modules /3.1.4 with clone one than everything ok
