Did you tried to install mipsel above in the post #2345 , openpli40-webif-dvbapi-libusb-emu version for your box

or from telnet Mohamed_os latest oscam or ncam emu.

Thanks, py 3.10 works fine in OpenATV 7.3 (including UK)
