Various versions of Oscam_11777-r801 (py2, py3.9, py3.10 and py3.21), all.deb and all.ipk
Select the one that is suitable for your image and enjoy.
Thanks, py 3.10 works fine in OpenATV 7.3 (including UK)
Feeds are not taken into consideration when calculating suggested dish sizes.
Those numbers are for normal TV channels on that sat.
Feed transmissions have quite variable and mostly very low signals, so I'd suggest at least a 1.2m dish for your region - 1.5m would be even better for bad weather conditions.
Thanks very much for your work.
Can I request an alternate 18sat settings, with 45E and 46E instead of 4W and 5W ?
That would be great if possible.
Nowhere, because FBC tuners can't do blind scan.
This is the original one.
Yes, sorry I changed the look of infobar a bit.
I meant the number of active icons, which is the same in both of our pics, but many of them are missing in his picture.
Thank you for the skin. If possible, can we write the name of the city we are in, for example the weather forecast, in the next update?
How come you have so few icons about channel features? Many of them are missing like definition, hbb, aspect ratio, etc.
I see the same channel like this:
Thanks so much for your work.
Sometimes I create my own picons (that are nowhere to be found) from images on channels' websites etc, but when I add transparency they become quite ugly.
Which is the best image editor that you would suggest for making them transparent?
Thanks in advance.
i have tested as working:- icam on 28.2
Yes, I think this is the first one that works on icam 28.2 other than samur's.
Great work, thanks.
Only Bulcrypt on 39E doesn't work, but it didn't work with previous version (11759) either since a few days - I think they changed system, there's ecm but doesn't clear.
It was 7 and became 8 after adding the oaweather 🤪 , it is not easy to make a skin fully compatible with all different images especially these recent images , every image has its own features .
Almost half of it comes from fonts.
fa.ttf alone is 1 MB, which is used only for 5-6 symbols.
You can create your own font with those few characters for like 10 KB
at first days when I was struggling to get signal away from center I did put this thing reflective panel upside-down
Yes, it's a common mistake for newbies that I've witnessed in other forums as well
east 42e 70% west 5e - 1w 60% are not bad values, but can be made better with fine adjustment and quality lnbs - I recommend Inverto Black Ultra, definitely adds 5-8 % in my experience.
I need to do some fine adjusting because west sats have weaker signal
Just a little tip:
Slightly pull the reflective panel forward with your finger from the bottom of problematic side, you may see considerable increase (or decrease) in signals.
If it gives positive result, you can place there a small support object as seen in the pic
somebody have some experience idea or some method to catch sat positions away from center position... ?
It's all about alignment. Pay attention to the final part of this manual.
Maybe left part is ok but the right side is too high or low, or viceversa?
Cant understand why oscam cant still try to give picture anyway.
Not sure how it works on OpenPLi, but if you have a "whitelist_streamrelay" file at etc/enigma, you can try to exclude channels that don't need to be streamed by deleting their service reference from that file.
May not be a very practical solution if you have many of them, but seems to be the only way as you don't have that menu option.
With Stream Relay enabled (0960) the sat channels on (0960) decode but picture is black. With Streamrelay disabled then they work fine.
You should choose "Play service without stream relay" option for problematic channels as seen in the pic (OpenATV), but I'm not sure whether it's implemented in OpenPLi yet.
may I ask you what is you location ?
I'm in Istanbul, hence the high elevation, and 42E is a necessity here
So I want to have 42e to 5w or 15w positions - idea is to have 13e in the centre.
If you want 42E to 5W, you should have 19E in the centre - with 13E centered it would be almost impossible to receive 42E.
Hope these pics will help:
Satlex table for my coordinates:
Horizontal and vertical elevations:
Lnb positions on dish:
I use the same configuration in DM TWO (experimental oe2.6) and Octagon 8008 (OpenATV 7.5) and in both I have written in oscam.conf:
Thank you very much, I changed the content of my oscam.conf file like yours and now it's working in Octagon 8008.
Before it was like this:
[streamrelay]
stream_ecm_delay = 5
stream_emm_enabled = 0
stream_relay_ctab = 098D,09CD,0960,0961,0963
and was working very well in Samur's 734-799 version both for DE and UK, but somehow icam stopped working in this latest release with above config.
Creating an icon font is really easy.
You can use selective individual icons from FA6.
You can source individual icons from website like the noun project. https://thenounproject.com/ or google
You can then upload icons to an an icon font generator like https://icomoon.io/app/#/select
Thanks for this great info, I've just created that dolby font at icomoon website, looks great :)
and when it's not available:
