Good day all , please can somebody give a good instruction on how to install this file (oscam-svn11399-arm_dm900-solo4k-webif-oscam-emu-patched.tar) as the file is not ipk file or deb.

i cannot figure out exactly how to install it . any help is verymuch appreciated.

Extract the file first, oscam will be inside.

FTP to /usr/bin and look for file named oscam.

Rename oscam to oscam1

FTP the new/downloaded/ oscam file to the same location.

Change permissions on new oscam to 755

Restart the receiver.
