NO 4k movies played from IPTV player

    Hi All


    I have ultimo4k with latest OBH image.

    I samsung uhd tv

    I have iptv player installed.

    I select movies in iptv player.

    I select movizland in iptv player "it has 4k movies" with 4k movies listed


    when i select movie to play, it comes back with error


    I have also tried blue button and gone thru all available options 1by1


    Any help thank you in advance:(

    This have nothing to do with IPTVPlayer. It is your hardware limitation.


    Let download movie. By changing mode to downloader.

    Then try to play this downloaded movie using whatever you want.


    Then ask your set-top-box seller why you are not able to play 4K movies with your 4K set-top-box :P


    You will be able to find information that your hardware is not able to play 4K movies encoded with h264 codec.

    It can play movie encoded with H 265 codec but not with H264. I am not able to "fix" your hardware.


    But you can download such movies and play them on PC, if you want.
