unable to run any command

    Hello,

    I am using Oracle Linux, and i add 3 new HDD in my server and configure with old Raid 5 , it make new logical drive and on my server , but when i want to copy to make new clone it shows error

    scp reading (file name) input/output error.


    and now i am unable to run single command fdisk, or any other.


    kindly guide me. as soon as possible.
