Octagon SF4008 - Channels go off after scrolling

Hello

I have a very strange issue to submit.

It concerns only encrypted channels of providers Telefonica Spain and Telefonica Servicios Audiovisuales (Hotbird 11727 MHz, 27500, 3/4, Vertical), 7 channels in total.

These channels, duly de-crypted by either Cccam 2.3.2 or Oscam/Oscam emu, are initially visible, but disappear after scrolling among them.

No such problem for encrypted/de-crypted channels by all other providers.

The issue holds under every image available with c-lines of different providers.

No one of them seems to find a solution, they say it is a receiver problem.



Any idea?
