Probably you need to put it back on an official receiver, so it gets the Geo ID, then you can put it in your box if it has the correct BoxID + BoxKey for v5.0. The use of v5.0 is safe, but NEVER use outside official box/ci the 6.0, as it will be zeroed/killed.

P.S : Orca = ViaccessOrca, new name since merge of Israely Orca with Viaccess France, logo is now "VO".

You should remove these photos, as you have your serial number of box and card...

And I don't think there is anything public (Paring Key) for your ID 050E10

You need first BoxID and BoxKey, and perhaps some AES keys... without that no way.

v5 cards are now obsolete, there is the v6 which the keys are not known.
