When i have no vpn, clients can't connect to my host name on my normal public ip. When i actually get vpn configured they can connect on that vpn's ip. Why is this?? As vpn is a right pain in the ass to get configured on a debian 6. Would rather use my own public ip for the time being till i get vpn configured again. But my m8s see server offline with my host name and ip. Anyone know why this is?
