c/s using internet via satellite

    i tried it but it glitches ! latency / delay ? - Upon further enquiry the providers info says its not any use for online gaming ! i got ping times from 600ms +

    I dont think it would be suitable for a server or client tbh m8.


    Example, if a ping test on normal broadband from belfast to milton keynes takes 24ms over a distance of 150 miles, add another 500–700 ms extra for the thousands of miles it has to travel to the satellite then to the client.


    Ping between server and client ideally should be around 100ms and under.
