Hi - should this skin work in OpenPLi 6.2 on VU Ultimo4K. I have installed it and it all seemed to be ok via the xfer to /tmp and install local extension[s]. Restart receiver but no sign of the skin. Tried telnet as below so it seems to have been installed by the initial method.
root@vuultimo4k:~# opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
Collected errors:
* opkg_prepare_file_for_install: Refusing to load file '/tmp/enigma2-skin-greenhexagonfhd_sharp987_openpli6.2-r1.01_all.ipk' as it matches the installed version of OpenPLi-skin-greenhexagonfhd (openpli-r1.01).

I believe I have found out how to change the skin in OpenPLi 6.2. Having downloaded the skin as in previous post, I found that the skin is in /usr/share/enigma2
To change the skin, set default User Mode to Expert [via System/Expert Settings/User Mode]
Then System/Gui Settings/Skin & select the desired list from the list.

mod by displaying poster & banner & Parental on some screen depending on xtraevent
after extract file send to
usr/share/enigma2/GreenHexagonFHD
and replaced if you want new mod
Enigma2 skins for OpenPLI based images.
