    Hi i have just bought a dm800hdse and am very new to all this. I have followed instructions on loading an image, but it seems that every image i use i have a problem. Every time i do a scan for channels the box keeps resetting itself? Cab someone help me to fix the problem please

    Obviously you put IMAGE which doesn't fit for your DM version.

    If you want to put image in DM with WEB browser, before that action you have to look on

    DM screen, which version you must set.
    ( At the same time : switch on power DM + hold finger on front DM button,about ten seconds )
