my friend have spark 2020 hd plus 7162 receiver his box stuck on boot red light when he want to start the box in sparkmode how to fix this issuse in stepwise coplecte method in urgent usb method also ok he have the suported usb for the box

I have not spark box but maybe this help you
First we need to flash it with FAT32
After downloading the file, unzip it and place it on the flash
It must be inside a file called spark files e2jffs2 and UImage should not change the names
Press the OK button on the device and then close and open the device from the back
-Now press [p +]. The [SAVE] key appears ok
- Now press [v +], [force] appears, then press [OK]
