no login

ok people i have a few boxes and this box is starting to piss me off flashed it with v1.16b4 with patch and entered cline and logged in , i had it running all day with no
problems but when i turn of every and turn on the next day im back to square one, i have my laptop cnnected to my internet wirelessly and box connected to laptop
via lan i have the connections bridged and dhcp on , any help would be great
