HVEC video resolution only 1920x540 ?

    Hello Everyone


    I have watched 4k channels and Full HD channels showing the right Video resolution on zgemma 4k, but one satellite showing HVEC channels in 1920x540.



    I thought HVEC is Better than Full HD. Shouldn't be its resolution of channels higher than Full HD?
