Sound problem no detected devices

hi guys i have problem i cant detect any sound devices and i have no sound then, im using DELL Inspirion 17 5000 series. pls help i try everything on net and doesent work im use to windows but this is new for me

Its probably missing a driver for the sound card. Give driver booster a try. It will install and update drivers (if available) for all hardware on your dell.

with what program i can open it it wont easy install like other programs on windows

You don`t need any special plugin to open it. driver_booster_setup is an .exe file.. Double click on it to run/install.
