use button 3 and reinstall the kernel from the flash image .... as you see it restarted from blackhole, then boot from openatv via neoboot and follow the procedure of button 3

my friend i have tried all the image available neoboot it is the same it says neoboot is running image : blackhole or the others but it opens from flash openatv

no one knows how to fix

that version is no good..upgrade to the next version but you will have to pay to have the full one

I have qviart dual 4k the tuner listed in supported list but when I try to install image the process doesn't complete

be more precise. what is the problem, type back error you receive. Typing "doesn;t complete" gives to many clues.

Recommendation from gutosie as the plugin developer are to use openpli on internal flash for VU+ devices & Egami boot for other devices

That for avoid any problem about compatibility image installation via NeoBoot

i'm using now the unstable original image , what next can i do , please help , new on this engami 2 world .

but all dreambox agents say not install any opensource on internal flash

i can't recommend what image you can use as you know dreambox agent's say any used for other multiboot are get you out of help and support

you can test several images on your risk
