To watch discovery on 4.8 east there is needed at oscam or Ncam or anything else??? Also idman on 45,1 east it can receive at northern Italy or not???

I installed OpenPLi 8.0 and downloaded oscam emu with last softcam update but discovery Channel on 4.8 east are down. Any suggestion???

Just a last question the softcam key goes putting at folder usr-key or the same folder where oscam is???
