I flashed it with success, very easy so I used Sdcard 32gb FAT 32 class 10 . I'm coming from this ota ROM 20180908 check the link bellow

I dont know why they keep it locked the dtv app, i hope some day they give to us the source code to unlock it and we can upgrade the OsCam -emu.
Until then the only solution is called CoreElec.
