This may be a stupid question but does Dreambox Clone Sim 2 = Ferrari?

No, Ferrari was a different team and stopped few years ago, as well as Sim2 team that stopped support 3-4 years ago.
The only team left that does support is Japhar (that upgraded Ferrari experience to latest Kernel 3.2 drivers from 2015, when all other teams had very old drivers from 2013 june).

I have the same sim 2.1 dreambox. Results are bad. After first reboot everything is ok. But after trying install oscam and reboot again dreambox don't output video signal. Reset it again to my old image.
