I have got a mac that has got image description karpouzi_v1_254 and I cannot access the portal option to enter the portal that I need, tried searching a factory reset option but with no success.
Went into the informir site and downloaded the firmware and created folder /mag254/imageupdate but when booting and pressing the menu botton and trying to upgrade from usb it is not finding the image
any ideas ?
