You have to be careful what image you play on as the DM500HDV2 has a small amount of flash memory

Dear i have try to flash via DreamUP flash & online on dm500hd v2 but start after one time logo coming on tv screen after nothing happend

There is no other method of flashing. Via browser, with Dreamup or "on the fly" online update.
Comparing the size of the openatv image to the flash memory, i think it has probably fully consumed all of the memory, leaving not enough for other functions which is why it isn`t booting properly.
You should try this with multiboot instead of on flash.

I think Openatv 7.1 boot up problem but openatv 6.4 working good they have no problem
