having problems with downloading files.
downloading ok but very slow. just downloaded latest VU file (50meg) which took 25 mins. then downloaded from another pc from the same internet connection took 2 mins.
so problem with my pc.
any ideas, i have done virus check etc.
slow download speeds.

It could a number of things is the ok pc hardwired or wireless what wireless channel are you using to the affected computer,have you cleared your cache cmd ipconfig /flushdns.Have you checked the signal strength of the router and if its set on a b g or n etc etc .Worse case you may have a virus if this is the case i would recommend you scan in safe mode and do a full scan if that does not work or make any difference perhaps you could system restore to an earlier point to do a complete factory restore one last thing do you run a download manager like idm etc.
