The VU UNO 4SKSE box was purchased. Because of the disorder of firmware, the remote controller could not control the set-top box. The machine was re-refreshed into the ATV6.3 firmware package. The machine could not enter the system by repeatedly refreshing the firmware. When removing the mobile storage, the system could not enter the system by pressing the OK key when entering the resolution frame number selection. Was the machine broken? How to repair it, please ask the master to answer!

1. you have flashed your STB with ATV 6.3?
2. STB is booting up and in to ATV 6.3?
3. If succesfull boot is done your STB dont responde to the Remote at all?

Yes, the remote does not respond to the set-top box.

Just so we can clear out the obviuse you have removed the plastic stick from the batteries and you se a red light when pushing buttons
So you are sure the remote is working proper?
And have it ever work for you with the stock Vu+ image it comes with?
This could be a broken remote
It could be Bad flash of image
So for testing that all is working with you STB
download the OI 3.0 Vu+ image here: http://code.vuplus.com/downloa…se-20190218013738_usb.zip
And flash that image if still problem go back to your dealer and get help
there is guarante on this box so they might just give you a new one
