  • Hello everybody,
I want to set up my linux server to tun with smartreader for s*y IT, but I don't know what to do next.
This is what I've done so far: followed this tutorial to install debian (thank you Ten Below)
    http://linuxsat-support.com/li…l-package-debian-6-a.html
I found the oscam package for s*y IT here:
    http://linuxsat-support.com/os…cccam-oscam-s*y-09cd.html
after that I config the oscam files e cccam.cfg like this but I couldn't connet to my server with CS studio
    cccam.cfg:
    SERVER LISTEN PORT : 10000
    ALLOW TELNETINFO : yes
    ALLOW WEBINFO : yes
    WEBINFO USERNAME : userweb
    WEBINFO PASSWORD : passweb
    TELNETINFO USERNAME : usertel
    TELNETINFO PASSWORD : passtel
    TELNETINFO LISTEN PORT : 16000
    WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 16001
    ZAP OSD TIME : 0
    OSD USERNAME : userosd
    OSD PASSWORD : passosd
    OSD PORT : 80
    SHOW TIMING : yes
    MINI OSD : yes
    DEBUG : no
    NEWCAMD CONF : no
    DISABLE EMM : yes
    EXTRA EMM LEVEL : yes
    SOFTKEY FILE : /var/keys/SoftCam.Key
    AUTOROLL FILE : /var/keys/AutoRoll.Key
    STATIC CW FILE : /var/keys/constant.cw
    CAID PRIO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.prio
    PROVIDERINFO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.providers
    CHANNELINFO FILE : /var/etc/CCcam.channelinfo
    MINIMUM CLIENT VERSION : 2.0.1
    EMM THREADS : 1
    MINIMUM DOWNHOPS: 0

doubt : SoftCam.Key, AutoRoll.Key, constant.cw, CCcam.prio, CCcam.providers, CCcam.channelinfo...where do I get those files?and can you send me a link where I can understand what they do and what are they used for?

Do I need to add mhz and cardmhz to oscam.server?
Now the server should be up and running?if not what do i need to do? if yes..what's next?

I keep reading posts and tutorials to understand in the meanwhile
Thank you for your help, I accept criticism and advice.

Your oscam configs look ok mate, you can add these reader speed lines but oscam should be starting without them.

    Code
    mhz = 357
    cardmhz = 357

For CCcam.cfg change to this (changes in red)

SoftCam.Key, AutoRoll.Key, constant.cw and CCcam.prio are not needed for CCcam to function and can safely be commented out, CCcam.providers & CCcam.channelinfo display the correct names of the channels & providers when viewing web info or cs studio.

Try to start oscam manually in terminal if the web info is still not working.

  • Ok, thanks.
I started oscam manually in terminal
