Debian Server..doubts and problem

Hello everybody,
I want to set up my linux server to tun with smartreader for s*y IT, but I don't know what to do next.
This is what I've done so far: followed this tutorial to install debian (thank you Ten Below)

I found the oscam package for s*y IT here:

after that I config the oscam files e cccam.cfg like this but I couldn't connet to my server with CS studio

doubt : SoftCam.Key, AutoRoll.Key, constant.cw, CCcam.prio, CCcam.providers, CCcam.channelinfo...where do I get those files?and can you send me a link where I can understand what they do and what are they used for?

Do I need to add mhz and cardmhz to oscam.server?
Now the server should be up and running?if not what do i need to do? if yes..what's next?

I keep reading posts and tutorials to understand in the meanwhile
