I just downloaded ciefp settings. No any virus or trojan. Probably is fake alert on your antivirus. Try to scan the file with virus total.

My antivirus is Kaspersky Free.

Not sure why but when i used the latest ciefsettings on my vu ultimo 4k from the plugins, which i have used for a long time i'm getting an error on the racing channels on 4.8e, i think it says sid not found in pat, all other channels are fine, i did the same from plugins with Vhannibal settings and it's fine, any idea why this happened? just like to add i appreciate the work done in making these channel lists.

It works for me on DM920 (Unstable opendreambox 2.5) and on Octagon 8008 OpenATV 7.3.
