Installing Back up Image downloaded from the satvenus panel to my HDD

    I have downloaded a back up image from the sat venus panel to my HDD but I cant remember how to install it!!

    I know its a stupid question but can anyone give me some pointers on how I install it - I have a vu plus solo2 running openvix.
