CCcam Finder Plugin for Enigma2

lots of dead links in that plugin already. Who ever is maintaining it, needs to update it

http://cccam-free.com/NEW/new0.php needs changing to https://cccamgz.com/FREEN1/new0.php

https://excccam.com/exfree/get.php needs changing to https://iptvfree.ch/cccamfree/get.php
