Omnikey 3121 drivers for tm twin 4k

    Hi, i am looking for the Omnikey 3121 drivers for this arm reciever running open atv and commands too if poss, i can also install vix if it comes to it, unfortunately i can pretty much only use these 2 images.

    Omnikey card readers usally works just fine with Enigma2 so i think what you need is the pcsc kernel module/driver to make it work.

    How and where to find that for your STB i dont know. and in some images the driver module is there but not activated.

    Dont know how to do that in ATV/VIX but in Blackhole we have the module manager where we can turn on and off moduls.


    Look in to /usr/lib and see if you find the libpcsclite.so driver if not you need to contact ATV forum or Technomate direct

    and see if they can provide you the proper driver.


    Of cause you can take a chance if you dont have the driver and try and use from other Simular STB with ATV image

    Thanks seagen, i think i have now sorted this using latest vix due to pcsc drivers being present now which were not with open atv.


    At first i was still having issues with oscam crashing after around 15 seconds which was the same with open atv even tho i was using a pcsc enabled oscam binary, so i then thought my configs were messed up, however i installed oscam emu as a second cam to the primary pcsc enabled cam and all seems ok.


    I,ll try my card later but things are looking good so far.

    Keep us updated please :) and as i said you can try and copy the pcsc driver from VIX over to ATV

    But most likley you get a chrash so do a image backup first ;)

    Not a fan of vix but i will stick with whats working and leave well alone for now:-)


    I just quickly checked my card and all entitlements are all there in the omnikey and no crashes, now i have a new problem haha,.. this binary here Oscam 11xxx ARM V7 with and without EMU


    Version 11501 is crashing after 15 seconds, the cams i have installed from the vix download server are fine but the one in the link above works ok as emu but soon as i activate the omnikey reader it crashes... the pcsc version thats working is 11505 i installed from vix servers and i aint bothered about the revision but there is no cacheex support which i need.
