I'm having a problem whereby the box will not manually switch between 13 and 18V despite being set on 13/18V. I have to go into installation then click to 13V then 18V then back to 13/18V on the other transponder to get it to switch!
The LNB works fine with all other boxes I've had, anyone else had this problem?
