Extract the Zip file with winrar or 7-Zip.
The DM500 HD V2 is a MIPS based receiver, so use the MIPS32EL version.
Send CCcam.mips32el file to /usr/bin
Change attributes/permissions on CCcam.mips32el file to 755
Send cccam.emu to /etc
Send CCcam.cfg to /usr/keys
Reboot.
Or use the attached .ipk. CCcam.cfg is included.
Or use this plugin (CCcam.cfg is in /etc) ~

How did you confirm its not working?
I gave you 3 alternative methods. Which did you use? What happened when you tried to install them? Any errors?
Did you check CCcamInfo in a browser?

Kick out the CCam and use Oscam :). Why just the CCam ? Oscam is a modern multiprotocol softcam. Oscam has much better support for Linux systems (Enigma2 too).
