Go easy on me as I'm a complete noob at this. Bought the Zgemma H2H from T'internet, and a guy I met on holiday set it up for me. It has worked perfectly for past 18 months or so. A couple of issues during that time but nothing serious, (guy fixed over the phone)
It's set up with a feed from My Virgin Media account. It has a GUI like the Sky Tv set up. I see words like Wooshbuild and openATV, SkyNew skin by Chababu.
I tried to do an auto scan, and have now lost all channels, Initially I still had the FTA ones.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to rememdy this? I havent paid for a Sub since I had the box set up, could it just be that the plug has been pulled from the Sub? If so how do I go about setting up another one?
