another read looking for help with oscam emu

I been away...so maybe I missed something....

Before if I wanna install a new version of oscam I just need to find the latest Oscam version an looking for my box..(mine is octagon sf4008) and always the files in ipk so was eassy to put via tmp and install and done...Now I notice that the new versions are coming with .tar.gz etc, etc... I'm really lost....

is not possible anymore to find Oscam versions in ipk files anymore?? can someone explain how this change and where I can find latest Oscams with ipk files... etc...
