And how I can install it with DCC

installing with dcc nothing happens, and via usb I get a message 0 packages installed

Can you try forcing it using DCC with Telnet method to see what error it gives.
Send ipk to /tmp then run this command:
opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

i have no experience with telnet :( I used to have filezilla with which I could install ipk files but I didn't see that option in filezilla anymore

1. Start DCC
2. Send the ipk to /tmp folder
3. Click the Telnet Tab
4. Paste the command above into the new window >> press enter
copy any errors you get here
