Lost accurate scan

    Hullo, I have lost the accurate scan function in a S10 original box while attempting to upgrade the TP lists for the Asia/Pacific.
    I did a factory reset knowing that I would loose any stored channels but when it rebooted the accurate scan function was gone!!
    It sound s to me the software needs some sort of reload or upgrade.
    Is there any fix for this without loosing the current TP list and any enhancements for my region?
