I seen slow motion as you call it on the DreamOne, this mostly just after boot, then it seems to stabilize itself.

I think it's better than HiSilicon boxes, but it takes time to get better stability. Of course, HiSilicon boxes are also very good boxes.
This slow motion is present in the new dream boxes and is an option. Because you can easily set the Sync mod option on the Black Screen in the picture / sound settings.
