no data on transponder (timeout reading pat)?????

hey guys.just last noght i upgraded from vix to the latest blackhole.must admit im well impressed with the new image,great work to who evers responsible.but when i got up this morning nothing would work.except for bbc1 and bbc2 sd.nothing else.and im getting the message no transponder info ,my snr reads 99 and agc reads 80 .also iv tried rescanning both automatically and manually but getting 0 services.,,to be honest i think iv tried everything.cant understand how it was perfect last night and gone this morning.as uaual any help would be appriceated.thanks miltown man
