Alien amico 8900 shd

Hi There, after a few years of using amico alien 8900 sudenly it stopped working, can not load the chanells , when switch on says - No service , when sticked new update on ubs in says can not upload as some sbti does not match or simillar. Can someone help please. ALL ON SPARK. Did try enigma, loaded some chanels, but remote doeas not work also everything is extremly slow. On spark alien web is message that it run out of some licence ?
