formuler f4 with pure2 6.3 .gcam does not work, I have installed the ipk but I do not see it in softcam manager

You'll have to sort that out yourself. There is no gcam in the feeds, probably yet another offspring from oscamemu. If there is any proven merit to it, I apologize.
