Can you please post the latest OSCAM EMU ipk for Mutant HD51 with openATV image?
I tried below but it dose not install!

It works for me, mutant hd51, image OpenATV 6.3.

You can find the latest here ~ Oscam emu ALL Images mips--arm .ipk .deb
Its a .zip file, so make sure you extract it first.

But check below from ATV forum;
They`ve hidden the softcam manager.
Try with this plugin instead:
Updating to latest oscam-emu version is simple.
Download latest oscam-emu from here ~ arm_hd51
It comes as a tar.gz file, so the oscam binary must be extracted from inside. Use a tool like 7-zip for this job.
FTP oscam to /usr/bin/cam
Change attributes/permissions to 755
Reboot
Start alternative softcam manager from plugins menu.
Latest oscam should be available in the menu.
